At least that's how Florence Welch describes her sound. Florence and The Machine is getting lots of cheers in the U.K. as the next big thing in 2009. Hype or no hype, I cant stop listening //watching this single Dog Days Are Over and the couple of other tracks available on now only on myspace.
This video kind of reminds me of a really good children's novel. It's all fantasy and play. Which I guess is fitting since the singer/songwriter says she writes about "things people have said to me, I write about things I've done. And then it all gets stuck together and it sometimes becomes a story with characters, like a bird or a donkey"
